Truly outstanding staff and the breakfast was satisfactory with French toast, fruit and also sausage. The staff were ready to help, that was nice.

I stayed in a room in a more suburban setting, adjacent to the South Mountain Preserve. The location was peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. In the morning, I could enjoy a serene view of the mountains from my room. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with well-maintained cleanliness. The bathroom was adequate, although the sink being in the bedroom was a bit inconvenient. The service was friendly and accommodating. In terms of amenities, the resort offered multiple pools and a fun water park, perfect for families or those seeking relaxation.

The lobby area, where the restaurant and bar are located, was not convenient for guests who were not staying nearby, requiring a car to get breakfast.

Best possible location of the hotel in waterpark. Moreover, it was not far from the park as well as lazy river.

I had a warm welcome, affable and courteous staff. The location was magnificent, a 10-15 minute walking distance from El Mercado. Btw, the airport was 0.5 miles away.
